Kingsmoor Virtual Sports Day‘Beat your PB Virtual Decathlon 2020’

As we can’t have an official sports day this year we are setting you the challenge of a virtual sports day.

Over the course of the week, all you have to do is have a go at completing as many events as you can and try to improve your score.

The only person you’re competing against is yourself. This is all about achieving a Personal Best (PB). Of course if you want to be competitive why not take on your family and see who comes out on top.

These challenges can be completed anywhere and at anytime, so if you’re in school or Homelearning in your isolation inspiration station give it a go.

‘Beat your PB Virtual Decathlon 2020’ events

  1. Shuttle Sprint – Set up two points (Cones, jumpers) that are 10 metres apart. In 1 minute, how many times can you run between the two points.
  2. Blind fold balance – How long can balance on one leg for?

The most important thing to remember is to try your best and have some fun.

Have a great day! Miss Tucker 🙂
